We are looking to hire a Software Engineer II to join our team and help deliver seamless, high-quality, and reliable services and infrastructure that power mission-critical business applications including AI workloads. As part of the Agent 365 Team you will design and build globally distributed services that support enterprise-scale AI and business workflows. Our team is at the heart of the Agent 365 Team building the infrastructure, discovery and metadata platform on which all BIC applications run. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with microservices or infrastructure services.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with design and implementation of enterprise-scale microservices and AI products.
  • Knowledge of building Cloud Services using the Azure platform and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of a multi-tenant, enterprise class metadata storage and discovery platform.
  • Build solutions, create tools, and automate issue detection and diagnosis.
  • Identify emerging trends or re-occurring escalation scenarios and drive engineering opportunities to mitigate and/or eliminate them (self-healing mechanisms, self-serve, transparency, automation, and/or increasing the capabilities for Azure support).
  • Contribute to product improvements by filing impactful bugs, design change requests, and fix and ship them to production, preventing customers from being impacted.
