About The Position
As a Software Engineer II at SPECTRAFORCE, you will be responsible for developing and debugging software, specifically focusing on LabVIEW and Python codes. Your role will involve testing input and output signals of electronic boards, ensuring that they interface correctly with prototype thermal modules, motor drivers, and optical modules. You will also be tasked with assisting clients by addressing their questions and requests, while providing comprehensive documentation for the systems and software you design. This position offers an opportunity to engage in various engineering tasks that will help you acquire new skills and methodologies, contributing to your professional growth. In this role, you will develop and debug automation scripts and workflows in LabVIEW and Python, ensuring effective communication and control with various controllers and test equipment. You will be proficient in utilizing diverse communication protocols such as Serial, I2C, and SPI to communicate with various test equipment. Additionally, you will support internal engineering teams by fulfilling programming requests and providing necessary documentation for both new and existing designs.
