Software Engineer II will utilize understanding of Magento 2 best practices, code structure and extension architecture to clean, quality, well documented, and well commented code that meets our businesses' needs. The role involves optimizing, troubleshooting, customizing, and extending application code and Magento 2 core features. The Software Engineer II will produce clean, quality, well documented, and well commented technical specifications, provide accurate and consistent estimates for Magento 2 development tasks, and consistently deliver on those estimates. Collaboration with fellow Application Development team members and Project Managers is essential. Additionally, the Software Engineer II will provide insights, guidance, and mentorship to more junior team members, check in daily with the leader to seek clarification and approvals as needed, and work closely with the Magento Development Team Lead for day-to-day operations.
