About The Position

As a Software Engineer at Seek Now, you’ll play a critical role in designing and developing the products that power our business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build new features, own major initiatives, and directly influence the tools driving industry change.

Requirements

• Proven ability building and maintaining RESTful APIs and serving multiple frontends.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Angular or React.
• Solid background with Java and Spring Boot (or similar).
• Comfortable with relational databases and schema design.
• Strong critical thinking and the drive to tackle complex challenges.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.

Nice To Haves

• AWS experience (S3, SQS, SES)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Linux system administration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for existing products while also architecting entirely new product suites and initiatives.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend APIs, powering both web and mobile applications.
• Work on a small, high-performing team, contribute to code reviews, and support junior developers in growing their craft.
• Leverage modern frameworks and cloud technologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible in insurance tech.
