You will Collaborate closely with UX designers and your engineering team to create complex web UI components and pages Research technologies and engineer complete solutions to problems Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes Integrate AI into your daily tasks using IDEs (or plugins) such as Github Copilot and Windsurf. Leverage ChatGPT to streamline your workload by brainstorming and refining ideas, and planning projects. Join our fast-paced team as we innovate at the speed of AI. AI is integrated into our products, development processes, and IDEs. We utilize AI tools like Windsurf, ChatGPT, Claude, Sonnet, Grok, and Gemini in our daily work.

Requirements

3+ years of solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Our designers push the envelope and we need you to be up to the task. (Seriously, don't skimp the HTML/CSS side)
3+ years experience using React to build high-quality interactive user interfaces
You can show that you'd be an excellent communicator with our PHP developers and UI Designers
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, intuitive user interfaces from high-resolution mocks
Demonstrated ability to effectively build modern UI components from scratch (datepickers, interactive lists, etc.)
Solid understanding of web standards and cross-browser web development best practices
Previous work samples demonstrating proficiency in building highly interactive web-based applications
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Excited to integrate AI-powered features into front-end workflows, such as real-time personalized UI elements, dynamic content rendering, or customized chatbot interactions using prompt engineering.
Skilled in integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and experienced in working with back-end engineers. Ability to leverage AI prompts to optimize API calls for improved data presentation and user experience is a plus.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI APIs, or an inclination to learn prompt engineering to drive front-end innovation and prototype smart features.We can see that you have a service-minded attitude
Experience leading projects with multiple developers
Proven ability to lead technical projects, including defining scope and taking ownership
Experience in Typescript, State Management tools (Redux, react-sweet-state, etc), and design systems like Material-UI
Experience with JavaScript testing with tools like Jest, Mocha, Vitest, etc.
Experience in developing Software as a Service (fast release cycles that still support an existing userbase)
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related degree
