Chewy is hiring a Software Engineer for our Customer Engagement Platform Engineering Team. Our engineering team is responsible for building and managing the tech stack supporting our Customer Relationship Marketing and its services. The team is building platform capabilities and high performing services that are focused on delivering of highly personalized messages to our Pet Parents across Chewy's on and off-site marketing channels (email, push, Chewy.com, Chewy app, social media handles). Chewy's mission is to empower pet parents to make smarter decisions about products for their pets. We look to provide impact by providing pet parents relevant information when they show intent in purchasing pet product. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across Product, Design, Technology, Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Executive teams to create, build, and execute the Customer Engagement Platform features and capabilities.
