In this role you will be joining a team of Software Engineers who are developing next-generation ground system software. Our complex domain requires innovative solutions to meet evolving customer and warfighter needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering (STEM) obtained in 2026
  • This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding Internships).
  • Experience developing object-oriented software using Java
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing object-oriented software using C++.
  • Experience with Agile development methods.
  • Experience with Python programming.
  • Knowledge of multi-threaded programming
  • Experience with microservices in cloud environments.
  • Experience working within LINUX/UNIX operating systems.
  • Experience with tools such as Confluence, Eclipse, Jira, Jenkins, Junit, Kafka, and Spring Boot
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is desired. (Please include your GPA on your resume.)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting edge satellite ground systems.
  • Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.
