About the Role: This role will include extracting, loading, cleansing, translating, manipulating, analyzing, linking and indexing massive amounts of data utilizing cutting edge technology and techniques. This position will have the opportunity to work alongside talented colleagues with a variety of skills and business/industry content knowledge and will collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver a product experience that aims to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• BS Engineering/Computer Science experience required and equivalent work experience in Software Engineering
• Understanding of data manipulation languages – SSIS, SQL, etc
• Ability to work with simple data models and familiarity with various data formats
• Proficiency in Java
• Understanding of languages including but not limited to: Python, Korn Shell, etc
• Familiar with Unix/Linux servers and commands
• Experience working with Git – GitLab/GitHub.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete testing of new development and bug fixes.
• Work closely with other development team members and Business to understand product requirements and translate them testing procedures.
• Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Resolve technical issues as necessary.
