As a Software Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be an integral part of our software development team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success. You will report directly to our Sr. Software Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge software applications, enhancing the functionality and performance of our products while ensuring high quality and reliability.   • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment in compliance with DO-178B guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of software documentation and user manuals.
  • 1+ years of experience in software development (including internships and project work).
  • Strong understanding of programming languages such as Embedded C++.
  • Experience with software development tools and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Experience in developing applications for embedded systems for Aero products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
