Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of building and deploying AI/ML‑driven systems
  • Strong proficiency in Python and hands‑on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
  • Experience or strong interest in agentic AI, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and tools such as LlamaIndex
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining Python‑based APIs (FastAPI preferred)
  • Hands‑on experience deploying and operating backend services in Kubernetes‑based environments
  • Experience with cloud‑based AI platforms, including Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock
  • Solid understanding of cloud‑native architectures and DevOps practices (AWS + GitLab CI/CD preferred)
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong commitment to code quality, security, scalability, and performance
  • Passion for innovation and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust AI‑powered applications with a focus on agentic and multi‑modal AI systems
  • Architect scalable, production‑grade software using modern programming languages (Python preferred) and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch
  • Deployment and monitoring in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Collaborate closely with AI researchers, data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for training, evaluating, and serving AI models
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps across the GenAI platform
  • Stay current with advancements in generative AI, agentic systems, LLMs, and cloud engineering, helping drive adoption of new technologies
  • Contribute to technical roadmaps, architectural decisions, and cross‑functional initiatives aligned with business goals
