Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field.
• Requires completion of one university-level course, one research project, or one internship involving the following: PHP and Hack, C++, Python, React framework, Large scale Entity storage infrastructure and frameworks, Large scale Object storage infrastructure and frameworks, Triage and resolve coding issues.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve issues raised by art production vendors.
• Carry out feature design and development of the vendor portal.
• Facilitate daily scripts jobs that are crucial for safeguarding asset integrity.
• Provide support for user feedback groups, addressing user queries related to asset or release operations.
• Assist in triaging and redirecting asset, technology and process questions to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate the release content schedule across various asset production teams.
• Assist in release content management to ensure all intended content and hotfixes are included for a release.
