What You’ll Do Build backend services in TypeScript Develop TypeScript/React user interfaces for web and mobile Deeply understand product workflows and users, translating real-world operational challenges into intuitive, high-impact features Deploy AI-driven technology into large-scale industrial environments Collaborate closely with technical leadership to help build a world-class engineering organization As an engineer at an early-stage startup, responsibilities may evolve week to week as priorities shift. Typical allocation: Backend (TypeScript): 40% Web Front-End (React): 40% Mobile Front-End (React Native): 10% Infrastructure & DevOps (Kubernetes): 10%

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong coding skills and solid computer science fundamentals
• Entrepreneurial work ethic and high ownership mindset
• Comfortable working on a fully remote team
• Track record of rapidly delivering high-quality work
• Experience building across the stack (infrastructure to product/UI)
• Strong judgment around security, testing, code quality, and technical debt
• Ability to design scalable solutions without overengineering
• Appreciation for clean code, continuous delivery, and automated testing
• Highly independent and able to ramp quickly
• Comfortable managing multiple work streams in a fast-moving environment
• Proficient with core development and DevOps tools (Git, Linux)
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, based in the U.S.
