Join Ford’s Fleet Management engineering team to transform the Ford Pro Fleet ownership experience for commercial customers and dealer partners. Our platform sits at the intersection of connected vehicles, cloud services, and customer-centric digital applications. We build systems that turn vehicle and service data into proactive insights and operational tools for fleet operators. You will work on modern cloud-native applications, building React-based web interfaces and Java Spring Boot microservices that run in containerized environments on Google Cloud. Engineers on our team own systems end-to-end—from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
