  • develop software and systems from vision to production-ready
  • master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements
  • help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies
  • make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
  • Experience with modern programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
  • Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, or software products
  • Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to use back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; with willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or engineering
  • 10+ years of OPIR TCPED processes
  • Knowledge of advanced strategic weapons threats
  • Experience with Python, C#, C/C++, .NET, Java, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal
  • Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
  • Ability to write source code for new applications or generate and enhance code samples for existing applications
  • Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
  • Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or engineering
