Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant full-stack contributions.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Next.js).
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Solid understanding of backend frameworks, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, flexbox, grid, and mobile-first responsive design.
• Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of web performance metrics (LCP, CLS) and optimization strategies.
• Strong collaboration, mentorship, and communication skills.

• Experience with design systems, CI/CD pipelines, CMS platforms, and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications.
• Integrate and optimize third-party services, APIs, and platforms including GraphQL and CMS tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, product functionality, and system reliability.
• Mentor engineers and enforce coding best practices through code reviews and architectural guidance.
• Implement web performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility standards.
• Drive technical planning, roadmap discussions, and scoping of complex features.
• Champion responsible and strategic use of AI tools to enhance developer productivity.
