Zendesk is building a next-generation IT Asset Management (ITAM) solution, and we're looking for a Backend Software Engineer to help power the core Tasks and Approvals capabilities within this platform. This role sits within the broader ITAM team and will collaborate closely with the platform-wide Tasks and Approvals systems-two critical features for managing lifecycle workflows, compliance, and automation in enterprise IT environments.
