Requirements
- 3-8 years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Java or Kotlin
- Experience working with real-time or event-driven system
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, multi-asset trading systems and supporting infrastructure
- Build reliable, scalable, and performant software used directly by portfolio managers and traders
- Partner closely with investment professionals to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Improve system stability, scalability, and observability in a production trading environment
