You will be the Software Engineer Sr for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and manufacturing precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. What You Will Be Doing As a Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -Develop Embedded Software -Integrate features/algorithms into C/C++ applications -Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities -Design, develop, document, test, and debug software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment. -Apply knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. -Correct program errors, prepares operating instructions, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. -Perform Control Account Management and Earned Value management and provide SW subcontract management oversight Why Join Us Do you want to be part of a company culture that encourages employees to build their career, leverage their knowledge while using cutting edge technology, and achieve challenging goals?
