Docusign is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our Product Led Growth team under the Marketing vertical. The Software Engineer will execute all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, to deliver on the vision of a true CI/CD environment maximizing development productivity and product quality. You enjoy fast-paced entrepreneurial environments where you can solve difficult problems using current technologies and tools. You collaborate well with other team members when brainstorming, designing, and implementing new solutions. You enjoy helping the team succeed by thinking about ways to improve processes, suggesting ways to make the team more effective, mentoring and modeling engineering best practices. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Engineering.

Requirements

• BS degree in CS or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience building test frameworks, tools, or advanced automation utilizing object-oriented design and programming skills
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in improving product quality and maximizing developer productivity

Nice To Haves

• Experience writing maintainable, performant, and reusable code for CI/CD components
• Experience with continuous integration systems
• Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, Ruby, or C#
• Experience with end-to-end automation tools, such as Playwright and Puppeteer

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code that is easy to consume, extend, and maintain
• Build a world-class infrastructure for CI/CD
• Participate in an Agile environment using Scrum software development practices, automated unit testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and version control systems (GIT)
• Create test strategies for assigned features, covering functional, usability, security, compatibility, and performance quality aspects
• Collaborate with the rest of engineering to improve the overall software development process, quality, and efficiency using the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation
• Build tools for production applications monitoring, including dash boards and alerts
