About the Team DoorDash is a data driven organization and relies on timely, accurate and reliable data to drive many business and product decisions. The Core Data Platform org owns all the infrastructure necessary to run an operationally efficient analytical data stack. The Data Mobility Frameworks team within the core data platform aims to provide a scalable and reliable compute framework layer capable of processing trillions of data points per day. This framework is essential for enabling timely business-critical decision-making, facilitating rapid experimentation, and supporting the training and deployment of ML/AI models for real-time personalization. The Data Mobility Framework team builds simplified, integrated abstractions over analytical engines such as Apache Spark, Flink and Airflow for data engineers, product teams, machine learning engineers and analysts. The focus extends to enhancing the developer experience by creating tools that support the organization's high-velocity demands.
