Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Summer 2026 Software Engineer (Cyber) – Intern. In this role, you will help develop and maintain web-based software tools for tracking and analysis of defects on air vehicles. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of modern development tools and languages such as Typescript, React, and PostgreSQL. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related technical major
Familiar with modern programming tools
Familiar with full full stack development concepts and tools
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Docker for development environments
Familiarity with GraphQL (queries, mutations, schema design)
Familiarity with Kubernetes or OpenShift
Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as visx, D3.js, or equivalents
Familiarity with code quality tools and linters
