About The Position

Our Engineering team within our Technology organization is building the future of home and looking for dynamic, hardworking and talented students to join us for a 6-month Co-op from January 5, 2026 - June 19, 2026. As a Software Engineering Co-op you will dive into a number of complex technical projects and gain a better understanding of our business. The Co-op program is designed to give you real work on your team, so you'll be contributing to the goals of your team and making an impact.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related technical field, with the expectation that degree will be obtained between 2027 and 2029
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Able to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from January 5, 2026 to June 19, 2026
  • Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the Co-op

Nice To Haves

  • Proven track record of strong academic performance
  • Experience with full stack and/or mobile development
  • Knowledge and experience working with object oriented programming languages
  • Experience or exposure to SQL, JavaScript and HTML, Python, HTML/CSS (this is not required for all teams)
  • Interest in working with big data and machine learning
  • You enjoy autonomy and the opportunity to make a project or tool on your own
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong comfort level and appetite to use AI in daily workflow

  • Work on individual and group projects focused on the full project life-cycle
  • Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to brainstorm on how to solve challenges
  • Get to a broad spectrum of technologies and programming languages
