Description: Be part of a fast-moving software development team focused on solving problems with large data sets in a full stack environment. An ideal candidate is someone intrinsically motivated to learn technical skills and process knowledge of how car bodies are manufactured. This position will use analytical and problem-solving skills to develop software solutions to improve the team’s processes which in turn support the production of our product. The team is currently working with machine learning to perform improved data warehousing for the purpose of preparing for future models. The Body Shop Central group is responsible for developing training and maintaining KPI’s for all the body associates for series and new model production. Central group is responsible for all level 2 and 3 support of the production areas for additional guidance and support. Work with a mentor to design, develop, test, and implement software solutions to customers. Cross functional collaboration with customers and development team. Think critically about problems on technical solutions. Professional development in project management, full stack development, process organization, presentation skills, experience working as part of a team.
