About the position
The Software Engineer / CNO Developer position at Verite Group, Inc. involves developing and deploying mission-critical systems while supporting government missions and private sector enterprises. Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy mission-critical systems.
- Reverse-engineer network application protocols.
- Develop tools for complex data and network analysis.
- Participate in all phases of software development: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work within small teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
- Security Clearance: TS / Top Secret
- A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience writing and debugging multi-threaded applications.
- Strong understanding of the TCP/IP stack and network protocols.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with running/operating/debugging in a Linux environment.
- Knowledge of OS Internals (Windows/Linux/MacOS/Android/IOS).
- Experience with binary reverse engineering/IDA Pro/radare or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with machine/statistical learning concepts.
- Embedded development experience.
- Experience exploiting newly deployed technologies.
