The Boeing Company is looking for Software Engineer - Cloud Application Developers (Associate, Experienced, or Senior) (Virtual) to join the Enterprise Software Utilities and DO-330 Tools team. This position will focus on supporting the Enterprise Software Verticals (ESV) organization. As part of the Boeing Enterprise Software Utilities and DO-330 Tools team, this position will support the development, deployment and qualification of cloud based software applications used in the creation and verification of Loadable Software Airplane Parts including but not limited to flight management system navigation data, platform configuration databases, and automatic generation/analysis of hardware/software configuration files for multiple Boeing aircraft. Software development will be done using an agile lifecycle within a global distributed scrum team of software engineers responsible for activities throughout the full software development lifecycle. Developed applications will align to a micro services architecture using Angular, Java, JavaScript and Python in a common development and CI/CD environment. Applications will be deployed to multiple internal and external cloud platforms that will be maintained by the application development teams including cyber security compliance and tech stack upgrades. Software code unit testing, application end-to-end testing, post deployment integration and qualification testing will also be required to be performed with this position.
