About The Position

As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google's needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward. Google Camera is Pixel's built-in camera app that brings the best of Google's imaging technology to the next generation of consumer hardware. Our mission is to make Pixel the world's best mobile phone camera, and increase the bar across image quality, performance, reliability, and polish. We collaborate closely with multiple teams across many product areas, and provide a platform to ship their latest technologies. We are seeking experienced Android engineers to join our team and contribute to our video capture pipeline. This role involves close collaboration with User Experience (UX), Product Manager (PM), and partner teams to develop and deliver innovative video features, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
