Software Engineer - Blockchain
About The Position
This role offers the opportunity to design and build multi-chain blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts that power next-generation crypto-backed payment solutions. You will work across multiple chains including EVM, Solana, and Stellar, contributing to both backend systems and on-chain architecture. The position is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems related to scalability, high transaction throughput, and blockchain data ingestion. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly ship new features, scale infrastructure for millions of users globally, and influence the architectural direction of a fast-growing, innovative fintech product. Requirements
- 2â10+ years of experience in software engineering, with hands-on backend and blockchain development
- Proficiency with Node.js and other backend technologies
- Experience interacting with smart contracts and blockchain platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with evolving priorities
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Fintech, neobank, or card-issuing experience is a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain multi-chain smart contracts and backend infrastructure for crypto payment products
- Develop, deploy, and interact with smart contracts across EVM, Solana, and Stellar
- Scale on-chain systems to support millions of global users with reliability and high throughput
- Contribute to architectural decisions for evolving blockchain products and backend infrastructure
- Rapidly deliver new features and capabilities to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and QA to ensure robust, efficient solutions
