Come join us! About this Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing solutions and executing the roadmap with a particular focus on enabling Model Context Protocol (MCP) adoption across Enterprise Applications. You will play a pivotal role in connecting our AI assistants to our internal systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience with design, development, and streamlining of Enterprise processes using automation and technical enablement.
  • Specific experience in developing MCP servers for SaaS and on-prem applications.
  • Advanced programming experience with Typescript, Python, or Go, including Microservice, REST, open API specs, and Integration design.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with configuration management tools and Infrastructure as Code methods, such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with build-deploy pipeline development and best practices in tools like GitLab or GitHub.
  • Experience and expertise in Agile methodology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience working on enterprise MCP engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership to organize a backlog of MCP servers needing to be built for various Enterprise Applications.
  • Design and develop MCP servers for both SaaS and on-premise applications, ensuring secure and efficient context retrieval.
  • Provide feedback and feature enhancements to improve the patterns by which we develop MCP servers.
  • Enable other developers who may follow.
  • Partner closely with our internal MCP server rollout team to co-develop solutions or explore new opportunities for secure enablement.
  • Use your experience working cross-functionally to work closely with system owners so existing processes can be adapted to work with MCP development outcomes.
