About The Position

We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who will be responsible for next-generation automation system for TECH-IP team. The selected candidate will be responsible for building intelligent automation workflows and supporting internal website development. Excellent new graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of python coding experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Good at data structures/algorithm/OOP design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Django (or similar backend frameworks) and React (or similar modern front-end tools).
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills with excellent analytical and debugging skills.
• Highly motivated, excellent team spirit and good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience incorporating AI/LLMs into workflows, including prompt design, data retrieval, evaluation.
• Exposure to Cadence/Synopsys CAD tools.
• Experience in Perl, Shell, Tcl, Cadence Skill or Make.
• Knowledge and familiarity with ASIC design flow.
