As a Software Engineer Associate within PNC's ACFR organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Rotation Schedule: Every 3-4 weeks (rotation) starts at 7:00 am - 4:00 pm EST. Every 3-4 weeks (rotation) responsible for off hours work for the 7 day period. You will participate in an on-call rotation where, every 3-4 weeks, you will be tasked to engage in any off-hours / weekend activities that are needed - most of which are of less than 30 minute duration. This position will reside on a team that supports multiple applications, used for PNC's Regulatory Risk Reporting, in the Production environment where the focus is on system reliability and incident management. This role will not be doing any development work. Instead it will involve troubleshooting what is already in Production and supporting its infrastructure (primarily windows based). A typical day on the job could include activities such as: Triaging incidents, Attending various meetings, Documenting procedures, Working on process improvements, Drafting change requests, Engaging with developers to assist with troubleshooting.
