About The Position

The Associate Software Engineer develops, maintains and enhances complex and diverse software systems, often under the guidance of more senior engineers.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 4 years SWE experience on projects with similar software processes, may be substituted for a BS degree.
• Knowledge of Agile software processes.
• Knowledge of Linux commands.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with multiple programming languages such as Java and Python.
• Ability to debug existing code.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software solutions.
• Work with Linux operating systems.
• Write new code and maintain existing code.
• Develop simple data queries for existing databases or data repositories.
