In this role, you will contribute to our mission of implementing agentic AI workflows to modernize our core Vista ERP platform and delivering next-generation features that empower the global construction industry. You will have the opportunity to support the development of agentic AI workflows that automate maintenance and reduce technical debt, ensuring our flagship Vista ERP product continues to lead the AECO sector.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on C# and .NET.
• Exposure to or a strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI frameworks.
• Foundation in cloud concepts and containerization, specifically with Docker or Azure services.
• Experience working with SQL, REST Web APIs, and fundamental unit testing practices.
• Strong collaborative skills and a desire to learn within a high-performing engineering team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Copilot, or other AI coding assistants.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (AKS) or Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Previous experience or interest in construction industry software or accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing agentic AI workflows to help automate maintenance and refactor legacy code within the Vista ERP ecosystem.
• Utilize AI agents to help automate the generation of boilerplate code, documentation, and unit tests to improve development efficiency.
• Support the development of full-stack solutions, including .NET Core services in Azure, WinForms, and Blazor web applications.
• Contribute to the modernization of application architecture by applying AI-driven patterns and ensuring high coding standards.
• Participate in team technical sessions to resolve maintenance challenges and support the delivery of high-quality software features.
