About The Position

As part of the Talent Management product dev team, you will build features for our AI-powered talent management product. You will be responsible for medium to large projects, owning technical design and execution. You will collaborate closely with the product manager, designers, and your tech lead to deliver these features.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in building and scaling user-facing products, preferably in the SaaS domain.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and performant code.
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with search platforms (Solr, Lucene) and AI platforms is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across functional and organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Build the next generation of Talent Management software using cutting-edge technology (e.g., building agentic experiences with LLMs).
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and configurable applications and modules with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability.
• Build and ship new software features and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and the rest of Engineering to re-iterate and enhance our product and to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.
• Prototype new ideas and iterate toward the ideal user experience.
• Participate in technical discussions and plans to improve our overall software quality.
• Handle enterprise customer escalation issues as needed.
