The Opportunity As a Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, and test software features for our assistive communication products, spending most of your time doing hands-on development. You will be a significant contributor to technical decisions and collaborate with the team on architectural direction. You will be supported through coaching, mentorship, and training to help you thrive at Williams AV. You'll report to the Software Engineering Team Lead and work closely with a cross-functional team including product managers, software engineers, test engineers, electrical engineers, manufacturing engineers, and marketing.
