As a Software Engineer 4 at Asurion, you will be part of a team of 3-5 engineers as part of a cross-functional team containing product management, design, and data science. You will engineer solutions across our technology stack, including web, back-end, deployment pipelines and infrastructure. Your strong analytical and communication skills will help collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve problems and build world-class solutions. In this position, you will be working on an industry-leading AI first CRM technology used daily by thousands of users call center experts across industry domains. Our platform puts AI powered tools into the hands of our experts, allowing them to provide industry-leading customer support to our 250 million and counting global customers.
