Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related STEM field, from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years' experience as a full stack software developer
  • Proficient in Java 1.8 and beyond
  • Spring framework, Spring REST
  • Programming Languages: Java, Python, Node.js, or similar.
  • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React or Angular).
  • Back-End: RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
  • AWS Services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Step Functions, API Gateway, CloudFront.
  • DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, Terraform.
  • Security: IAM, Secrets Manager, encryption best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in related field preferred
  • Generative AI knowledge
  • Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering
  • AI Powered tools like Cline
  • Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven design.
  • AWS, Java or Python certification.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Demonstrates key competencies to include action orientation, drive results and cultivating innovation by making use of AI as a regular part of the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key player on the development of enterprise-grade financial applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Build robust, modular software components that support ERP and EPM integrations, billing and accounting workflows.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities to deliver high-quality financial solutions.
  • Implement security protocols and maintain compliance with financial regulations and corporate standards.
  • Drive seamless integration between ERP systems and financial applications to support billing cycles and reporting.
  • Provide technical leadership, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices within the team.
  • Implement automated testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement processes.
