Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related STEM field, from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
At least 5 years' experience as a full stack software developer
Proficient in Java 1.8 and beyond
Spring framework, Spring REST
Programming Languages: Java, Python, Node.js, or similar.
Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React or Angular).
Back-End: RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
AWS Services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, Step Functions, API Gateway, CloudFront.
DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD Pipelines.
Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, Terraform.
Security: IAM, Secrets Manager, encryption best practices.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in related field preferred
Generative AI knowledge
Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering
AI Powered tools like Cline
Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven design.
AWS, Java or Python certification.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP
Demonstrates key competencies to include action orientation, drive results and cultivating innovation by making use of AI as a regular part of the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Be a key player on the development of enterprise-grade financial applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to architectural standards.
Build robust, modular software components that support ERP and EPM integrations, billing and accounting workflows.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities to deliver high-quality financial solutions.
Implement security protocols and maintain compliance with financial regulations and corporate standards.
Drive seamless integration between ERP systems and financial applications to support billing cycles and reporting.
Provide technical leadership, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices within the team.
Implement automated testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement processes.
