About The Position

Candidates should demonstrate a strong background with enterprise-grade Java and/or Golang programming language developing applications with experience matching the listed skills based on software development focus area. There is a need for all skill sets. The position requires the ability to debug and resolve applications errors and performance bottlenecks in a timely and effective manner, as well as the ability to clearly communicate ideas and status updates to peers and management. Experience developing software with Git, Maven, and Gradle is also necessary.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance with the Federal Government (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Strong background in enterprise-grade Java and/or Golang programming.
• Experience with Git, Maven, and Gradle.
• 8 years of experience with a degree or 12 years without.

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve application errors and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Communicate ideas and status updates clearly to peers and management.
• Develop high-performance, multi-threaded Java applications or applications executed in distributed computing environments.
• Utilize the Spring Framework and Dependency Injection in software development.
• Engage in full-stack software development and develop web applications.
• Ensure accessibility (a11y) and Section 508 compliance.
