Cook Medical is looking for a skilled MuleSoft Developer or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to join the IT-Finance team as a Software Engineer. This remote position involves designing and coding functional APIs and applications, producing fully functional middleware applications according to requirements.

  • Work as part of a project team to define and document solutions for various software development projects.
  • Technical responsibility for all stages of the software development process to ensure compliance with software development standards and achievement of documented requirements.
  • Develop and maintain current state documentation and deliverables for solutions.
  • Maintain existing and new software systems to ensure they continue to meet user needs.
  • Provide assistance to operational teams to ensure continuity of service.
  • Work with the Software Engineering community of practice to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group as needed.
  • Manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Work under minimal supervision and demonstrate organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Interact effectively and professionally with various levels of the global organization.
  • Communicate effectively and work in collaborative and independent situations with minimal supervision.
  • Remain calm and receptive in fast-paced situations.
  • MuleSoft Developer Certification - Level 1 Certification Required OR minimum 6 years of experience as a MuleSoft developer.
  • Required 6 or more years of experience building REST and SOAP-based APIs with API-led connectivity architecture.
  • 6 or more years of experience in designing and developing integration projects using various connectors like File, SFTP.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • MuleSoft Developer Certification - Level 2 Certification - Preferred.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud experience with Oracle ERP knowledge of 6 years.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Certified Application Integration Professional - Preferred.
