About The Position

We are seeking a skilled backend engineer to join a high-impact Development Infrastructure team that empowers product engineers to deliver world-class software efficiently and securely. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development tools that streamline workflows and enhance engineering productivity. Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a hands-on backend engineer or platform engineer.
• 2+ years of experience with Python.
• Experience in teams focused on Engineering Effectiveness, Engineering Productivity, Development Infrastructure, or similar.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset for internal stakeholders.
• Ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and build tools to improve developer productivity.
• Set up and optimize local development environments for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal engineers to understand workflow challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Participate actively in planning, code reviews, standups, and other software development lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to the roadmap of Development Infrastructure initiatives, prioritizing impactful projects.
• Implement security best practices across the development and build environments.
