About The Position

As a Software DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in accelerating software development cycles and improving feedback loops by enabling rapid release processes through advanced testing, orchestration, and automation. Your work will help ensure faster delivery of high-quality healthcare software, reducing time to market and enhancing overall system reliability. Your role: CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for CT Imaging software. This ensures consistent and efficient software delivery. Automation and Testing Frameworks: Develop and maintain scripts and frameworks for build, deployment, and automated testing. These tools support continuous integration and streamline the release process. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to improve release efficiency, product quality, and development speed. Share DevOps best practices to enhance team performance. System Reliability and Optimization: Ensure reliability, scalability, and security throughout the software lifecycle. Monitor and optimize performance across development and deployment environments. Process Improvement and Compliance: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery. Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory standards for medical device software.

Requirements

  • You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in software DevOps or test engineering, with hands-on work in C++ and/or C# and PowerShell. Python and other scripting languages are preferred.
  • You have strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with expertise in source control tools like GitHub, automation/orchestration techniques, software build and test automation, SW configuration management, and working knowledge of databases and SQL. Experience with Agile development methodology is a plus.
  • You hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related technical degree, or possess equivalent professional software engineering experience.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication, technical writing, and collaboration skills that support cross-functional teamwork and effective documentation.

  • Experience with Agile development methodology is a plus.
