We are seeking a motivated and experienced Software Development Test Engineer with strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to join our high-performing Test Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and debug software systems, as well as build and maintain automated testing frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and scripting
• Strong understanding of transactional databases and backend systems
• Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics
• Experience analyzing data and presenting insights to stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with programming, SQL, or BI platforms
• US citizen

Nice To Haves

• Experience using test automation tools
• Experience configuring, building, and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines
• Ability to analyze requirements, develop test plans, estimate test effort, and track progress
• Proven experience writing automation scripts to validate large-scale datasets across ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data testing, validation, and automation
• Background in software development

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive testing for the migration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM V9 to Dynamics CRM Online
• Identify and document hazards within software systems using industry-standard analysis tools and techniques
• Review and evaluate systems and software for compliance with government or commercial standards, guidelines, and safety directives
• Validate design mitigations and confirm implementation in documentation and code
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing systems and harnesses for SQL-based applications and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Perform manual and automated testing, configuration management, statistical analysis, modeling, and data analytics
• Develop and execute automated test suites for SQL programmability (stored procedures, functions, triggers)
