About The Position
Technical Lead Managers at DocNetwork own the execution of their projects from original concept through monitoring in production, and all of the planning that goes into each. They assess new problems, interrogate old ones, and lead their team in providing excellent technical solutions to some of DocNetwork’s hardest problems. At DocNetwork, Technical Lead Managers are our leading developers. They use their experience and expertise to inform system architecture and project planning. They also lead people, working with teams which vary in size based on the needs of a project. They’re responsible for their team’s work on a project, but also for the professional growth of the developers doing that work. A successful Technical Lead Manager is not just a fantastic developer, but an excellent communicator and respected people leader. They apply their diverse skills to create well-designed, well-documented products while contributing to the professional growth of their team members.
