Role Summary As a Senior Manager of Software Development, you will lead and mentor a high-performing software engineering team focused on the design, development, and delivery of advanced AI-powered applications and services for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will drive high-impact projects, coach Principal Engineers and technical leads, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions that enhance operational excellence for enterprise customers.
