About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead critical & strategic Networking Initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, delivery, and operational excellence of essential infrastructure components. You will lead a high-caliber team, ensuring the achievement of key objectives through exemplary leadership, talent development, and resource optimization. As the Senior Director in OCI, you will provide leadership to multiple teams tasked with overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects within OCI. Requirements

• A BS or MS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in people management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale critical service.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and performance optimization.
• Exceptional decision-making abilities.
• Strong background in recruiting, developing, and leading senior individual contributors.
• Experience in Networking and Cloud Infrastructure Operations.
• Experience in managing a large-scale critical service in Cloud computing.
• Expertise in Distributed Systems, Network Operating Systems, Network Orchestration and Controller.
