The Compute Scaled Manufacturing organization's mission is to meet surging GPU demand for Oracle’s AI infrastructure by scaling the server qualification process. Our mission is to lift throughput and raise yields across all sites and products. We will standardize how we qualify new SKUs and suppliers, accelerate ramps, and ensure end‑to‑end lifecycle traceability and accountability. Success means faster time‑to‑production, predictable quality at scale, and a repeatable model to bring new products and factories online with minimal disruption. As a Software Development Manager in Compute Scaled Manufacturing, you will build and lead a new team, develop talent, and own critical components of the GPU server qualification process. Your work will enable customers to deploy the most advanced GPU servers at scale and accelerate their AI initiatives.
