Manage a team to maintain software products across multiple development teams. Coordinate effective deployment of software feature updates, improves deployment automation and efficiency and contributes to improved documentation and procedural guidance. Guide response to incidents to direct efforts to minimize internal and external customer impact. Support a 24/7 on-call manager rotation and be able to respond to cloud network operation center within prescribed SLA. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
