Serve as Project Manager/Product analyst for the Comergence software product. Oversee the end-to-end management of technical projects, ensuring seamless coordination between product management, software engineering, and cross-functional teams. Champion the software development and application support lifecycle, from initiation to deployment and beyond. Lead project planning, including scope definition, resource allocation, and schedule development, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational standards. Drive project execution, closely managing team performance, project milestones, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards are met within budget and time constraints. Act as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners, facilitating technical and non-technical communications to achieve project objectives. Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to mitigate impact on project outcomes. Manage a team of software developers and direct the team in the following areas: Scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices. Coordination of systems analysis, application development as well as software testing. Ensuring the implementation and coordination of best practices for all parts of the software development lifecycle. Spearheading design efforts in collaboration with the Technical Architecture team, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards. Fostering an environment of continuous improvement, identifying process gaps and implementing enhancements to project management practices. People management responsibilities to include, hiring, disciplinary action, firing, performance appraisals and compensation review.
