  • Define and drive the technical direction and architecture for large, complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability.

  • Hire, develop, and mentor high-performing engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture that enables both individual and team success.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle, championing engineering best practices and ensuring operational excellence for large-scale production services.
