In this Manager III role, you will lead a team of talented compiler software engineers in the design and development of a machine learning compiler. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership abilities. As an AWS Neuron Manager, you will lead the design and development of ML compiler solutions, drive execution and mentor your team of engineers. Your expertise will be essential in developing features and optimization techniques, lead hardware bring-up of next-generation chips and influence pre-silicon design. Requirements

B.S. in Computer Science or related field
5+ years as a software engineer
5+ years of engineering team management experience
Proven track record in new hardware chip bring-up
Deep knowledge of backend compiler architecture, including, lowering, control-flow management, DMA optimization, and code generation
