Requirements
- 4–7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (Microsoft Entity Framework, C#, .NET, React—depending on organizational stack).
- Experience leading small teams or acting as a senior/lead developer.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.
- Strong debugging skills and ability to guide others through technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical groups.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or distributed systems.
- Experience mentoring or formally supervising developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of application features across backend, frontend, or full stack (depending on team structure).
- Review code for quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Advocate for engineering best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and clean architecture.
- Help troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide root cause analysis.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance to junior and mid‑level developers.
- Support task planning, estimation, and sprint execution.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, and UX teams to ensure clear requirements and aligned expectations.
- Encourage knowledge sharing, pair programming, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
- Break down high‑level requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of software features with predictable execution.
- Identify delivery risks early and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain strong communication with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Promote test‑driven development and overall quality assurance.
- Suggest improvements to development workflows, tooling, and documentation.
- Support performance optimization and technical debt reduction initiatives.
